Support & funding

Clear about travel. Clear about support. Clear about costs.

Travel and disability supports are different things, delivered by different organisations, under different agreements. This page explains how that works.

Travel costs and disability support costs

Travel costs - including flights, accommodation, meals, activities and general transport - are separate from disability support costs. Some disability support costs may be claimable where permitted under current NDIS rules and the participant's plan. Eligibility must be confirmed individually.

Travel and experience costs

Generally contracted and invoiced by Your Accessible Travel. Includes flights, accommodation, meals, activities and general transport.

Eligible disability support costs

Separately assessed, contracted and invoiced by Your Accessible Care where applicable, subject to individual assessment and operational availability.

This website does not provide personal funding advice. Eligibility must be confirmed individually.

Who does what

One connected experience. Two clear roles.

Your Accessible Travel logo

Your Accessible Travel

Travel ideas, product design, destination and supplier coordination, itinerary planning and non-NDIS travel costs.

Your Accessible Care logo

Your Accessible Care

Eligible disability supports, individual assessment, separate service agreement, compliant delivery and support-related invoicing, subject to operational availability.

Your Accessible Travel designs and coordinates accessible travel experiences. Where eligible disability-related supports are required, these supports are assessed, contracted, delivered and invoiced separately by Your Accessible Care, a registered NDIS provider.

What this means in practice

  • Your Accessible Travel plans and coordinates travel experiences. It is not an NDIS provider.
  • Your Accessible Care is the registered NDIS provider and may assess and deliver eligible disability supports under a separate service agreement, subject to scope and operational availability.
  • Flights, accommodation, meals, tourism activities and ordinary travel costs are not presented as disability supports.
  • Some disability support costs may be claimable only where current rules and the participant's plan allow.
  • The participant, plan manager, support coordinator and/or relevant adviser may need to confirm funding.
  • This website does not provide personal funding advice.

NDIS registration details, registration groups, price information and insurance details will be published only once verified. We do not publish them in advance.
