Ricky Fan
Chief Executive Officer, Your Accessible Travel
Ricky brings extensive leadership experience across international education, partnerships and cross-cultural program development. His work has focused on connecting people, organisations and opportunities across Australia and Asia. At Your Accessible Travel, he leads brand strategy, travel product development and partnerships, with a particular interest in creating culturally informed pathways between Australia and China.
Two organisations, two roles
Your Accessible Travel designs and coordinates accessible travel experiences around the person - their interests, preferences, communication and access needs. Where eligible disability-related supports are required, these are assessed, contracted, delivered and invoiced separately by Your Accessible Care, a registered NDIS provider.

Your Accessible Travel
Travel ideas, product design, destination and supplier coordination, itinerary planning and non-NDIS travel costs.
Your Accessible Care
Eligible disability supports, individual assessment, separate service agreement, compliant delivery and support-related invoicing, subject to operational availability.
Your Accessible Travel designs and coordinates accessible travel experiences. Where eligible disability-related supports are required, these supports are assessed, contracted, delivered and invoiced separately by Your Accessible Care, a registered NDIS provider.
